Guesthouse Groeninghe in the centre of Bruges

This is a clean, well located older house that has renovated bathroom fixtures. Quiet street. It was chilly since the heat wasn’t turned on yet. The stairs are an issue. They are steep and the tread is about 1/2 of a standard US tread. The living room has dated furniture that doesn’t invite lounging. The bed and linens were fine.

This was a lovely property very conveniently located in the heart of Bruges.

Comfortable and well-situated stay in a beautiful home with lots of charm. Positive: The property is beautifully presented, it has a lot of charm and character without feeling dated. The location is excellent it a 5-10 min walk from the heart of Bruges and is also very close to some nice restaurants and cafes as well as a small supermarket. Negative: It’s very hard to find something not to like but if I had to pick two minor things: 1) The living room could use slightly more comfy seats. 2) The very top upstairs room was also quite hot (but fans were provided).

A fabulous choice Positive: A really lovely cozy house in a great spot in Bruges Negative: Nothing

Beautiful and charming home which was very clean and conveniently located. Check in and check out was very easy. The listing says laundry is on site but this is not accurate.
